Ruslan Yelyubaevich Musin, an energy engineer of the Department of the Chief Power Engineer of SSAP LLP, was sent to Almaty to the aviation training center of Air Astana JSC and Almaty Electric Networks JSC from February 20 to February 25, 2023 inclusive, to participate in strategic sessions on the implementation of ESG principles, as well as to exchange experience (according to the letter of “Samruk-Kazyna-Ondeu” LLP ex. No. 267/11-16 dated April 07, 2023).
During the time spent on a business trip, the following work was carried out:
       February 22, 2023 – visit to the training center of JSC “Air Astana”, where information was provided from representatives of the youth movement of JSC “Almaty Electric Stations” about the project of combined-cycle gas installations, as well as a brief information about the operation of the hydroelectric power plant and from representatives of JSC “Alatau Zharyk Companyasy” about the modernization of the cable line for energy distribution. After all the presentations, there was an excursion around the production facility of Air Astana JSC.
Departure to Kapchagai for a visit with a further tour of the hydroelectric power plant of JSC “Almaty Electric Stations”.
Climbing the Medeu Mountains as part of the youth development program.
Departure to the Public Foundation “Dom” project “We will win Autism”. During this event, several productive and interesting meetings were held with children and their mothers undergoing treatment in this project. After an entertaining conversation, a small concert was held, organized by local employees and children.
This business trip gave a good opportunity to gain additional experience, as well as to meet new and interesting colleagues from the portfolio companies of JSC “Samruk Kazyna” in the energy sector
