The topic of the visit: “Automation of production processes”, “Transparency, accountability and compliance”. During his stay at Ekibastuz GRES-1 named after Bulata Nurzhanova” listened to the speeches of the management on the topic “Automation of production processes of Ekibastuz GRES-1”, “Automation of production processes of Shardarinskaya HPP”. Report of the representative of JSC “Shardarinskaya HPP” and LLP “Ekibastuzskaya GRES-1 named after Bulata Nurzhanova” made it clear the effectiveness of the use of an innovation proposal to improve the reliability of oil-pressure units, automatic backwash filters in the fuel assembly system and increase the reliability of the cooling system of transformers T-4 type TDN-10000/110/6.
Excursion to the production facilities of Ekibastuzskaya GRES-1 LLP named after Bulata Nurzhanova”, where familiarization with the arrangement of DCS, DPU and HVO was carried out. Visit to the Kamkorlyk Rehabilitation Center (SK Trust facility). An excursion and a meeting with children with special needs were held at the Kamkorlyk rehabilitation center. From the tour I learned what methods and means are used in the rehabilitation of children with special needs. The Director and the representative of SK Trust told about the activities of the fund and the Kamkorlyk rehabilitation center, the work done and the expected prospects of assistance to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the universal interaction of employees of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
Visit to Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP. The opening speech of the head of Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP, the report of the representative of Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP on the topic “Automation of production processes”, the report of the representative of Oil Services Company LLP (Aktau) on the topic “Automation of the organization of repair work on drilling and oil professional equipment” were listened to.
A tour of the production facilities of Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP, where familiarization with the arrangement of the DCS, DPU and the systems implemented in the LLP that enhance the organization of the automated control system was conducted.
The purpose of the business trip (assignment) was achieved. The development program, which includes visits to the production facilities of portfolio companies, their subsidiaries and subsidiaries, provided a good opportunity to gain additional experience, get acquainted and establish communication links with specialists in the field of automation.
