On December 1, 2023, in Shymkent, the Acting Director of the Personnel Management Department, Nurmysheva Saule Yerezhepovna, took part in the Forum on the topic “Social labor partnership in the group of companies of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
At the Forum on social and labor issues in the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies, presentations by Kazaktelcom JSC, Kazatomprom NAC on the topic: “Improvement of sanitary conditions”, “Algorithm of action for the prevention of pressure in the workplace”, etc. were reviewed and shown.
Participation in this Forum provided an opportunity to get acquainted with the work of other companies in terms of interaction between the employer, employee and Trade Union, which in turn makes it possible to adjust the Social Stability Plan for 2024 in SSAP LLP, applying the experience of colleagues.
