Social package

Social support for employees from the Partnership consists of:

Financial assistance:

  • for health improvement leave in the amount of 2 monthly official salaries/tariff rates;
  • in connection with the onset of the 50th anniversary and subsequent anniversaries, calculated in five-year increments – 5 mrp;
  • in connection with the employee’s retirement (pension) (with continuous service in the Partnership of 5 (five) years or more) – 10 mrp;
  • in connection with the birth of a child/children – 20 mrp;
  • in connection with marriage registration – 15 mrp;
  • on Children’s Day for employees raising a child/children up to and including 12 (twelve) years old – 5 mrp;
  • in connection with the death of an employee – 50 mrp;
  • to an employee (guardian) raising a disabled child or who has a disabled person from childhood, disabled person of groups 1 and 2 dependent on (under guardianship) – 30 mrp;
  • on Knowledge Day (September 1) to employees belonging to a socially vulnerable category (large families with four or more minor children, families raising disabled children, provided that one or more children have reached school age of 6 years and are receiving education under primary and/or basic secondary education programs) 10 mrp;
  • Medical insurance in case of illness (the limit is 112,000 tenge), free attachment of one family member, an appointment with a family doctor on the territory of the plant once a week;
  • Physical education and sports recreational activities (swimming pool, gym), 2 times a week;
  • Sanatorium and resort treatment for workers “Sosnovy Bor” Kostanay region (payment of the voucher 70/30, where 70% is paid by the trade union and 30% by the employee);
  • Recreation of children of workers, children’s camp, travel to the children’s camp and back is carried out at the expense of the trade union (payment of the voucher 80/20, where 80% is paid by the trade union and 20% by the employee);
  • Travel of workers to the place of work and back is carried out by buses at the expense of the employer;
  • Therapeutic and preventive nutrition (own canteen, meals for workers are carried out at the expense of the employer);
    Issuance of New Year’s gifts for each employee.

Days of rest and vacation:

  • работнику в день его рождения или в любой день по выбору работника в течение недели после дня рождения, предоставляется 1 день отдыха;
  • 1 сентября женщинам, имеющим детей-учащихся начальных классов и детей выпускников, а равно мужчинам в одиночку воспитывающих детей-учащихся начальных классов, а также воспитывающих детей-выпускников 11 класса, предоставляется 1 день отдыха;
  • в связи со смертью родителей, супруга/супруги, детей, братьев, сестер, дедушек, бабушек, внуков работника – предоставляется отпуск в количестве 3 рабочих дня;
  • в связи с бракосочетанием работника – предоставляется отпуск в количестве 3 рабочих дня;
  • в связи с рождением, усыновлением/удочерением новорожденного ребенка – предоставляется отпуск в количестве 3 рабочих дня;
  • отпуск для прохождения скрининговых исследований не более 3 (трёх) рабочих дней в течение года;
  • отпуск на постановку на медицинский учет по беременности до двенадцати недель – не менее 3 рабочих дней.
